(2016) EQL Energy and Jeff Hammarlund provided policy and development training to staff at the Oregon Department of Energy, and the Energy Policy and Innovation group (EPI). EQL team worked through planning and objectives, training criteria, reading and research, training materials and examples, culminating in Mr. Hammarlund’s full day training session.
Mr. Hammarlund has led and EQL has supported classes at Portland State University on Northwest Energy Policy and History, and Smart Grid for Sustainable Communities.
