EQL has provided studies, analysis, and stakeholder meetings to support state and regional planning. We have represented utilities, trade associations, or have worked directly for government or regulatory agency.  Topics are in our areas of expertise, e.g.,  net metering, value of solar, distribution resources planning, IRP, DSM and DER planning, etc.  EQL has advised our clients on how to achieve their objectives, which have included economic development, least cost resource planning, renewable energy, carbon reduction, and ratepayer cost effectiveness.
